Bella Ferran, a student costumer, needs to find a white apron for one of the plays, The apron needs to be the kind you tie around your waist, but could be one with a bib as we can hide that by folding it over. If you have one, please let Kathy at willowcomm@aol.com know, and send it in with your student to give to Bella or Jim.

WE NEED YOUR HELP IN PROMOTING THIS PLAY
In your every day travels, now is the time to take the opportunity to promote our spring play with your neighbors, friends, family, coaches, doctor, mailman, people standing in line by you at the cashier .... literally anyone with whom you can have a conversation.
Here's some talking points ...PLUS be sure to tell them how much we love and need community support, and how your student and you are involved in the show:

Award Winning Play “All in the Timing” opens May 7 at
Lincoln

passion, absurdity and just plain fun. Each

Participation Fee Status Update
Thank you to all parents who have paid their student's participation fee, donated above the fee level, or helped your student arrange a scholarship to cover the fee. Kathy Weidenbaum emailed any parents from whom she has not received the fee, or heard that the student needs a scholarship. Please check your Sunday email for a note from Kathy inquiring about the participation fee (from willowcomm@aol.com).
Many times at this point in a show timeline, parents indeed have given students a check, but kids forget to turn it in and it sinks to the bottom of their backpacks, totally forgotten. Checks need to be written to Lincoln Drama, or if you send cash, please paper clip your student's name onto the money. Thank you!

SHIRTS AND HOODIES WERE ORDERED TODAY
Shirts and hoodies were ordered today for each cast/crew/director in this show, even if the participation fee has not yet been received, or even if your student hasn't requested a partial/full scholarship. We have absolute FAITH and TRUST that you will send in your payment or request a scholarship by the time the shirts are printed. Collecting participation fees is the most un-fun part of my volunteer job. Please make this payment an important priority. Thanks!
PARTICIPATION FEE DUE NOW
IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO SEND IN THE $50 participation fee due for all cast, crew, and directors. Please write checks to Lincoln Drama, or if you send cash, please note for whom is the cash payment. If your student needs a partial or full scholarship, please ask your student to talk to or email Jim Peerenboom or Kathy Weidenbaum. If you can afford a bit extra, we appreciate donations above the $50 participation fee, as we have quite a few students who need scholarships for this show. Thanks!
PROPS NEEDED
GIVE 'EM PROPS!! Or just donate them:
*A large bag of unshelled peanuts
*Three moving boxes (we can get by with just three cardboard boxes, but they'd prefer moving company branded boxes (for example: U-Haul, Allied, United Van Lines)
*A tire for a tire swing
*Vintage writing desk materials (pens, anything that Trotsky might have had on his desk)
*Vintage Budweiser can (or a new one that looks old, EMPTY of course)
Contact Jim Peerenboom at Thespian4U@aol.com if you have any of these things or Kathy Weidenbaum at willowcomm@aol.com.
Please note: never donate/lend anything that can't be replaced. While we all work hard to take care of things, accidents do happen. Thanks!
